So this is a power armored heavy gunner/energy rifle build. I:9 nuclear physicist, science, scrapper, hacker, gun nut, chemist P:4 demo expert with bobble, riflemen, lockpicking You can min max a bit to, drop perception to 4 cause of the early bobble head, gives you an extra point to fuck with, etc. ![]() The build honestly only allocates 12 of the 21 points. It might be a little frustrating to explore with until a bit later when you can upgrade your legs to sprint for less, but lone wanderer is really good, and local leader is actuallly a really fun perk with pa builds cause any settlement can be your base now. ![]() Everything else is preference and how you wanna play the toonĪlso putting 5 to charisma over agility is totally ok. Get heavy gunner at level 10 and 11, and then get it on time for the rest. Nuclear physicist is your most important perk, nothing out weight it in priority for when you're deciding between perks for a level.
